1. The service
Observe.js provides product analytics tools including a browser SDK, a hosted ingest endpoint, and a dashboard. You may install the SDK on sites and applications you own or operate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys, and workspace member list accurate. Do not use Observe.js to track people without their knowledge or in ways that violate applicable law.
3. Fair use
During public beta we apply generous soft limits to prevent abuse. If your workload approaches those limits we will reach out before enforcing anything.
4. Beta software
Observe.js is in public beta (v0.9). The service is provided as is while we harden it for general availability. Please back up anything you can't lose.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from workspace settings. Paid plans are pro-rated on cancellation. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted in the changelog and emailed to workspace owners.
